Date: February 23, 2026                                         TIME: 9:00 A.M.

PLACE: Commissioner's Courtroom, Reeves County Courthouse Annex, 100 E. 4th Street, Pecos, Texas 79772 

PURPOSE: The Reeves County Commissioners Court will discuss and take possible action regarding a tax abatement agreement with Pecos Power Plant LLC, pursuant to Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code.
